10 backward lunges with twist
10 elbow to instep
10 goblet squats
1 minute hold in bottom
Strength
Back Squat (90% of training max x 3 or MORE!!!)
Wendler Math
1 rep max
Training max = 90% of 1 rep max
Then add 10# to the training max. Use that number to multiple by:
40% x 5
50% x 5
60% x 5
70% x 3
80% x 3
90% x 3 or MORE!!!
70% x 3
70% x 3
70% x 3
Good Mornings (4 sets x 10 reps. Heavier than last week. )
100 Goblet Squats (Time)
100 goblet squats for time!!!
