Pistols (5 sets x 5 reps/leg)
Death By Dumbbell Squat Clean Thruster (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
1 DBSCT in first minute
2 DBSCT in second minute
3 in the third minute
Keep climbing the ladder until you cannot complete the number of reps in the 60 second time period.
