Strength
Fat bar deadlift  (Work up to a heavy single)
Overhand grip
Sled Drag (backwards) (Max weight 75’)
Kettle Side Bends (Boom!)
3 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute right side
1 minute left side
1.5 pood/1 pood Kettlebell
