No!  You don't have to spend your last dime at BizFit!  Instead if you sign up for this FREE program you will receive your stat sheet from your last ten (dime) workouts.  The stat sheet will include a section with your Personal Records (pr's) for various strength exercises and many of the named workouts.  The faster you get in ten workouts the faster you get "YOUR LAST DIME" at BizFit.  The first workout will be from today, July 21 and I will go back to get your PR's in the major lifts and notable performances.  Sign up by posting a comment on this blog.
