The Bizfit Nation lay seige to the throne of "King James", in vain!

First off "King James" was the workout of the day back in late June which was done as a send off for the Bizfit "top performer" 21 year old James Hobart who was off to Oxford University for a couple of months.  James, Brandon and myself did it as a team format and our time was 19:23.  This time around I was feeling confident my time would come down and maybe be the best performance of the "Nation" which it was untill James came home from U-Mass Frin night and obliterated it.  My time was 15:15 and I knew when and where I rested and when James went and did the first three sets of each exercise in less than 6 min I knew I was done.  James finished in an impressive 11;15 exactly 4 min faster.  I would like to tip my hat to the "Nation" who performed many scaled variations of  the workout.

Today (10/18) I went into the gym with Helen. Helen is a nice girl tall, slim…three rounds: 400m run, 21 swings, 12 pull-ups. Well today Helen went bad. I don’t know what got into her, but I hope it wasn’t something I did.
