Playing around.  Don't try this at home these are "trained professionals"!!!!!


Deadlifts today.  5 sets of 5 reps, pretty standard but great buz.  Marty and I warmed up with some kettlebell loaded cleans 70 and 88 lbs respectively.  We also worked on our front lever on the rings.  I can now ever so slowly lower down one leg out straight but I  can't quite hold it.  Marty looks like Bart Connor, completely out straight, parallel to the floor with one leg straight and holding it.  Stay tuned for that photo!!!!

What should I say about this one…? I think "showoff" comes to mind, but I remember the whole ordeal being quite impressive. I am looking forward to once again entertaining the type of Friday night sessions that bore this picture.
Training here in the UK has been very different. A few days ago while doing TGU’s with a dumb bell someone asked me what I was doing, and I replied in kind that the exercise is usually done with a kettlebell. Needless to say the poor inquirer looked at me as though I was speaking in Russian, or Greek, or Crazy. O well, Stay strong BizFit.

Today 500m row: 1:35. Not great, but it is an improvement.
