The longer my love affair with the kettlebell continues the more I read about the Russian scientists and about there methods of training. At first there was a bit of confusion about who was who! Meaning who were the scientists and who were the athletes. While reading Pavel's “Power to the People” I came across sentences like this.

“Performing more that six reps per set hinders strength development! insists Arkady Vorobyev, another leading Russian sports scientist and a former world champion weightlifter.”
