W.O.W!!!! We all know her, we all love to hate her. “Angie”, so sweet yet so destructive. I am reffering of course to the Crossfit workout entitled “Angie”. It's simple enough….. 100 Pullups, 100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats (body weight, meaning NO external load Brandon) done for time.

James Hobart of Bizfit Personal Training soon to be Crossfit Bizfit completed “Angie” in twenty minutes flat. He did his last squat and I stopped the timer and it read 20:00:00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

James truly enjoys the sport of fitness and is planning on continueing his summer training while attending Oxford University in Oxford, England. James, the modern day rennaisance man will study the works of Sheakspeare, train with some British Kettlebellers and hopefully raise some hell as well.
