O.k.! I did one GS (Girvoy Sport) competition and I'm hooked.
One of the things I loved most about the competition was the preperation, the training. For the Cross World Event I was flying blind with no models of training to follow so I devised my own. My plan was O.K. considering I had just finished Pavel's ETK 12 week program and my pressing strength had improved considerably. My conditioning was “good” but good does not cut it for GS. In the Cross World Event I finished 4th out of 8 in the mens traditional 32kg division with a total score of 44. The 4 people that I beat were on my heels and breathing down my neck while the 3 guys that beat me were light years ahead.
