30 Wall Ball Shots 20/14#
10 DB/KB Squat Clean Thrusters 55/35#
Pinch Plate Hold – 2 x 10# plates per arm
(Wallball athlete and Squat Clean athlete must pause if other teammate drops the plates they are holding)
Each athlete on the team will rotate through each exercise to make one round.
