Can’t say enough about Nick DelGrande’s (that’s pronounced DelGranday) performance at the North East Regionals this past weekend. His 21st place finish proved that he belonged on the same stage as the “big guys”. Neither a 225# hang clean (or 30 of them) nor a 100# dumbbell one arm snatch could keep Nick from charging forward and making a strong name for himself as a future games contender. We were all so proud to be their cheering him on every step of the way!
