Teams of 4
20 Minute A.M.R.A.P.
One teammate dragging sled up and down Gashouse Lane, while other teammate is doing wall ball shots (20#/14#), other teammate doing dumbbell snatches (55#/35#) and other teammate is doing burpees - when the sled dragger comes back in, you switch movements. As you switch movements one teammate will write down how many reps each teammate got in their movement!
