Cathy- Dave and I made the carnitas and cauliflower tortillas per your recommendation... added some homemade guacamole. Amazing! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
 
 
Meg’s Pancakes – Everyone made them and loved them!!!!
The easiest recipe ever!
1 banana, mashed
Add 2 eggs
dash cinnamon
 
Cooks like a pancake – looks like a pancake – tastes even better!
The recipe of the week – whether you are paleo or not you must give this one a try!!! No measuring – even better!

8 Box jump, 30 inch box
8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
